Voice Mail Broadcasting to Leads

I can send a voice mail to my members, my prospects, my family. I can announce a special event or meeting.

And I can do it all for just .04 cents a minute.

Below, I will walk you through how to use this sytem.

Ok ... I'm going to go through each step here and show you how simple it is. I'll even include a script you can use - seriously, even the phone shy can do this.

With the Voice Mail Broadcasting system, you can send a phone message to your list of prospects.

Step One - Recording Your Script

Your first order of business is recording a message that will be sent to your leads. Follow the directions to Record your script. The phone number and your special 'PIN' number are listed in your back office. It's really easy to do and you can re-record as many times as you need.

HINT: Many of your calls will land in your contacts voice mail. As there is a delay before your contacts answering machine picks up, it's best to include a delay message as you will note in the script below. This way, if your contact answers the phone, they will not receive dead space, they will hear your prompt. Areas highlighted in red need to be edited with your contact information.

Step Two: Create A Group

Now that you have recorded your script, you are ready to create your groups and import your leads. Name your group according to the leads you are importing. Example: oppseekerleads - for your leads purchased from Oppseekers system.

Step Three: Import Your Leads

Once you create your group, you are now ready to import the file with your leads. Your file must be in a .csv (comma separated value) format and the information must be listed in this format:

XXX-XXX-XXXX,firstname,lastname

If your phone numbers are not formatted in this manner they will not be imported. The system only imports valid numbers.

HINT: when creating your lead file, add your phone number to the list so that you receive your call

Step Four: Purchase your minutes

Now that your script is recorded and your leads are imported, it's time to purchase some minutes. You can purchase 650 minutes for $25.00.

NOTE: When you broadcast your message, the system will deduct 2 minutes for each phone call. You must take this into consideration when purchasing minutes.

Any unused minutes are credited back to your account when the calls are complete. My message is under one minute long so in this instance, my account would be credited for the additional minute per call.

Example: If I send a call to a list of 300 leads, the system will deduct 600 minutes. If my script is one minute long, then my account will be credited for 300 minutes at the end (once all calls go out).

Step Five: Broadcast Your Message

Now it's time to get your message out there!

Select your group (lead list) and select your message and press that button to broadcast. Then sit back and be prepared for your phone to ring.

HINT: When your leads do call back, be friendly and let them direct your call. Find out if they are involved in a home business, are they looking?
